Our cooking class with Rosella and 20 friends was so fun! It’s one of the funnest things we’ve done since Covid. We used simple ingredients to make absolutely delicious food! We made stuffed mushrooms and gnocchi...it was delicious! You won’t regret taking a class!

I spent a very enjoyable hour in Rosellas kitchen....virtually! She seems a very warm and friendly sister and although in the US Rosella made us feel we were in Italy cooking with her! Very clear instructions, I would love to join another of her classes when time permits.
