My experience with Rossella's cooking class was an excellent. Considering the time frame her choice of simple dishes were just perfect. Although simple to prepare the presentation was amazing. I'm looking forward to taking another class.

Working with Rossella has been one of the greatest gifts to our family, she feels like part of our family now. Each week, she prepares the most thoughtful, nourishing, and beautifully balanced meals, always with incredible variety and always with our growing family’s needs in mind. She goes above and beyond in every possible way: from planning creative menus to sourcing high-quality ingredients to leaving our kitchen spotless and our fridge filled with vibrant, wholesome food.

What meant the most to me, though, was how she supported me during my pregnancy. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, Rossella immediately stepped in with so much care and expertise. She crafted meals that were not only perfectly tailored to my nutritional needs, but also genuinely delicious, so much so that I often forgot they were special-diet dishes at all. I was continually amazed that her meals never spiked my blood sugar, and I know that’s a testament to her skill, her ingredient choices, and her dedication to doing things the right way.

Our family feels incredibly lucky to have Rossella in our lives. Her food nourishes us, but her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine passion for her craft make an even bigger impact. We are endlessly grateful for her and truly cannot recommend her highly enough.

Still day dreaming about the incredible meal Rossella and Steve prepared for us and our friends lastnight for NYE! Unbelievable appetizers, steak and Lobster, and the cream de coffee changed our lives! It was an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with you learning about cooking and Italy. I spent a very enjoyable hour in Rosellas kitchen....virtually! She seems a very warm and friendly sister and although in the US Rosella made us feel we were in Italy cooking with her! Very clear instructions, I would love to join another of her classes when time permits.
