This class was the bees knees! The cat’s pajamas! I had so much fun! And if you want to make the best tomato sauce you’ll ever taste, take this class. She moves fast but let’s you interrupt with questions, which is awesome.

If I could put 10 stars, I would. Rossella was awesome! This was so much fun and so delicious. We made Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, Patate Sabbiose, and Lemon Crinkle Cookies. I appreciated that she stuck with ingredients we could find at home already! If you're looking for something fun to do with friends, I highly recommend trying one of Rossella's classes! :) She knows what she's doing!

I spent a very enjoyable hour in Rosellas kitchen....virtually! She seems a very warm and friendly sister and although in the US Rosella made us feel we were in Italy cooking with her! Very clear instructions, I would love to join another of her classes when time permits.

What a wonderful class! We made homemade gnocchi and tiramisu...it was so good. My favorite part was learning how simple it is to make tomato sauce from scratch. I’ll never buy from a jar again! Rossella took the fear out of homemade pasta. This is a perfect date night idea or bridal shower event.

Cooking with Rossella was a great experience, I learned different things to make my Italian recipes better. Both the Crumble potato pie and the Nutella cheesecake came out delicious. If you join Rossella and her cooking classes, you won’t be disappointed at all ;)

Our cooking class with Rosella and 20 friends was so fun! It’s one of the funnest things we’ve done since Covid. We used simple ingredients to make absolutely delicious food! We made stuffed mushrooms and gnocchi...it was delicious! You won’t regret taking a class!
